SEBI is the Regulatory
Authority for Capital Market in India.
It has taken initiative to create
Financial awareness among the citizens of the country and hence
appointed Financial Experts across all cities to conduct Financial
Awareness Programs across the country.
Dr. R. R.
Yelikar
is the Certified Resource Person of SEBI under this initiative.
As a SEBI
certified Resource Person conducted 57 workshops on “Financial
Education” from Jan.2016 to October 2020. The workshops were conducted
for students, housewives, middle income groups and executives. The
objective of workshop to make the participants financial literate and
make them aware of basics of financial planning.

The COVID Pandemic
crises has brought in a revolution in online learning. With the Vast
experience in Capital Market especially Equity Shares, and to share his
knowledge to all those who would aspire to gain it, Dr. R. R. Yelikar
has designed a Basic Course in Share Investments (BCSI) and is
conducting the same Online for a period of 1 month. The course
provides thorough understanding of the way the Capital Market works and
the company parameters that should be considered before investing in a
particular stock.
The course has
gain popularity among the known circles of Dr. Yelikar and he has
successfully completed 7 batches with an average of 15 participants in
each batch. Majority of the participants were naive to stock market and
after attending the course, have started successfully investing in the
stock on the basis the knowledge gained through this course. |

To be an IAS can
be a challenging, yet very aspiring and inspiring dream for many.
However, lack of information at the right time is a great obstacle for
many students and they land up in traditional or regular education and
routine career rather than this exciting career.
Dr. R. R. Yelikar
believes that 'If Well informed at the right age, appropriate qualities
developed and proper preparation done, an individual can become as
IAS at the age of 22 years.' With this concept in mind, he has designed
a course named 'IAS @ 22' to lay the foundation of this exciting
career and create the charishma of it in the Young minds of 8th to 10th
standard students. He believes that an individual should decide during
his High school regarding joining the Administrative Services and start
the preparations then itself.
IAS@22 is an
Online Course for this age group students providing them an insight
about civil Services, the examination, the methods of preparing for the
examinations, getting habituated to keeping updates of current affairs,
setting proper goals in life as well for preparing for IAS, improving
reading skills and methods of preparing effective notes, Analysing a
topic and keeping track of current situation related to the topic, etc.
